Processing & Shipping Time:

All virgin hair bundles and closure orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom wigs and specialty orders may require an additional processing time of a minimum of three (3) weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking:

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Rates & Fees:

Shipping rates and fees are calculated at checkout.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments:

We make it our duty to ship out wig orders in discreet, secure packaging. All packages come with a tracking number to help monitor their delivery. These precautions are designed to prevent your items from being lost, stolen, or delayed. As a result, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents so we can assist you with a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations:

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if it has not yet been processed.
Holiday & High-Volume Shipping:

During peak holiday seasons or promotional sales, shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays.
